How do i get a six pack

I just want to add a little perspective here. This was me at 29 and 39:
I have chronic illness that limits my ability to exercise.
For a fitness junkie, my cardio absolutely sucks. I move as much as I can, but I focus on lifting heavy.
I bought a power rack and put it in my living room. I’m under the bar for less than 30 minutes a week.
In terms of putting on muscle, I’m average.
I eat a very healthy diet.
When I don’t lose weight, I lower the calories.
I’m always hungry no matter what I eat or what I weigh, so I often eat a number of calories that would bring me persecution here. I won’t say, but it’s lower than you’d need if you’re healthy.
Now at 42, even with loose skin, you can see abs:
It might be easy for you.
Safely burning more calories than you consume—the simplest definition of weight loss, sometimes a hammer to drop on overweight people—actually requires different dedication for different people.
I found it difficult. It is still the bottom line for abs.
I heard the guy who runs this website is against shirtless selfies. Sorry Sean, it seemed relevant on this one.
