3. Choose cooked or raw food items over packed food items.
4. Cut out sugar from your diet totally. The only source of sugar in your diet should be fruits.
5. Have fruits only after 2 months. For 1st and 2nd month you should stay away from fruits and resort only to raw edible vegetable instead.
6. If you feel like snacking then have crackers biscuit, almond, cashew nuts & peanut instead of cookies, donuts & cupcakes.
7. Do not to eat anything heavy after 8pm. More specifically crab rich food after that time.
8. Eating at restaurants is a strict no. But if you find it too difficult to follow then treat your taste buds once in a month.
9. Lastly drink a lot of water, ideally 3-4 litres per day.
